Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - short life
despite not pumping on any kind of regular basis, this pump burned out on me within a month. i got about 10 uses out of it before the motor burned out. don't bother to buy it...

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Can I give it negative stars?
This pump is a worthless piece of junk. I received it as a gift and it broke after a few uses. (Even when it did work it was woefully slow, and single pump action is just a waste of time - go with the double!) The customer service people were helpful, and I sent it back. They sent me another pump which broke again after several uses. The problem was with the suction mechanism - it kept failing. Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Simple to use with small fixable flaws
Suction is controlled by a dial. Works well with no discomfort. The only problem that I had is that if you don't get the correct fit and angle on the suction, milk ends up in the pump. It slows it down and you have to reset the pump (wait for it to dry out).
OTher than that, no problems.!

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - It's the worst breast pump!!!!!!!!
Don't buy this pump, I recently bought this pump and had absolutely no suction, it was a waste of money ($45), I would rather pay $20 more and go for the Medela electric pump for $65.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - inexpensive and it autually works
I bought this pump after my daughter refused to be breastfeed. I was able to express about 4oz in a few minutes. At times the suction was not great because you have to make sure everything is in place properly. It also lets you control the amount of suction you want.It was less painful than the manual breast pump. I never got sores or bruises. It helped me produce enough milk until my daughter started taking the breast.I have been using the pump for about six months and it is still working
