- Can I give it negative stars? This pump is a worthless piece of junk. I received it as a gift and it broke after a few uses. (Even when it did work it was woefully slow, and single pump action is just a waste of time - go with the double!) The customer service people were helpful, and I sent it back. They sent me another pump which broke again after several uses. The problem was with the suction mechanism - it kept failing. The second time it broke they were less helpful and tried to tell me it was my fault the interior mechanism was failing. Did I know I was only supposed to boil the plastic parts? Please, how insulting.
I finally broke down and bought the Pump in Style, which, $300 price tag be damned, was SO worth it. I know it seems expensive, but really, the money couldn't be better spent. If you plan to do any more than occasional (once per week) pumping, buy the Medela. I got mine on e-bay for $100 including shipping.

- Simple to use with small fixable flawsSuction is controlled by a dial. Works well with no discomfort. The only problem that I had is that if you don't get the correct fit and angle on the suction, milk ends up in the pump. It slows it down and you have to reset the pump (wait for it to dry out).
OTher than that, no problems.!

- It's the worst breast pump!!!!!!!!Don't buy this pump, I recently bought this pump and had absolutely no suction, it was a waste of money ($45), I would rather pay $20 more and go for the Medela electric pump for $65.

- inexpensive and it autually worksI bought this pump after my daughter refused to be breastfeed. I was able to express about 4oz in a few minutes. At times the suction was not great because you have to make sure everything is in place properly. It also lets you control the amount of suction you want.It was less painful than the manual breast pump. I never got sores or bruises. It helped me produce enough milk until my daughter started taking the breast.I have been using the pump for about six months and it is still working
