Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - it really worked for me!!!
I USED IT WHEN MY I GET MY BABY AND SHE COULDN'T TAKE MY BREAST; IT REALLY WORKS BECAUSE DISPENSE MORE MILK THAN THE OTHERS THAT ONLY NEEDS TO PUSH A HANDLE AND DOESN'T DISPENSE VERY WELL THE MILK. I WILL REALLY RECOMMEND THIS TO MOMS WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR BABIES AND DOESN'T MATTER IF IT'S NOISY,HURTS OR SIMPLY DOESN'T FIT OUR NEEDS. IT REALLY FIT MY BABY'S NEEDS.IT REALLY HELPED ME TO GET MILK FOR MY BABY.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - This would scare off any new mother from breastfeeding
I bought this pump in an act of desperation when I left my Lansinoh manual pump at home. I use it now in case of emergencies at my office. Every time I have difficulty maneuvering the pump, or see how little milk I get per pump I remind myself not to ever forget my other pump again. It's uncomfortable, a workout to work and hold the pump in place. The only bonus is that the samples of breastpads were really nice. I'm still a Lansinoh girl, but the pads are excellent and I would recommend those.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Didn't work for me.
I got this pump at the hospital and it just didn't work for me. I only got a few drops with it. I know everyone's different and it probably works for some people, but I just couldn't make it work. Maybe if someone has an overabundance of milk to express, it would work a bit better. The Avent Isis worked great for me, though.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - GREAT MANUAL PUMP
I GOT THIS PUMP AT THE HOSPITAL AND IT WORK GREAT FOR ME. I CAN PUMP MORE MILK WITH THIS ONE THAN WITH MY ELECTRIC PUMP. I USED THIS ONE INSTEAD THAN MY ELECTRIC PUMP WHEN WATCHING TV. IS A MANUAL PUMP SO YOU WILL GET A WORK OUT USING IT. IF YOU CAN AFFORD THE ELECTRIC MEDELA PUMP THATS GREAT, BUT IF YOU DON'T NEED TO PUMP OFTEN THIS WORKS GREAT. IS VERY EASY TO TAKE WITH YOU AND HELP IN TIMES YOU ARE ENGORGE AND THE BABY CAN'T LATCH TO DRINK.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Pump is great, not sure why other ratings are so low
I used this pump with my first child 2 years ago. I tried to avoid paying the $300+ for the electric pump, and this worked great! I pumped when I returned to work, and pumped for 3 months. I loved not having to lug around the big electric pump to and from work every day. It's much easier to clean than other manual pumps (e.g. gerber) because there are few parts to remove so your chance of losing or breaking parts is much lower. The pump has a strong suction, so I've had no problem expressing milk (e.g. up to 8 ounces or more each time). I just had my 2nd child a month ago, and already I'm able to express 5+ ounces of milk at once. I highly recommend this, especially for occasional users, no need to spend lots of money on fancy pumps with lots of removable, breakable parts. Also, I am small chested, so no, you don't have to be well endowed for this to work.
